Convention Expo Travel:
Please be aware that a group called Convention Expo Travel has been contacting individuals claiming to have room blocks for the show. This group is not associated with the Farwest Show or Travel Portland and we have no control over booking and cancellations fees that are associated with using their service.
Fairguide and Expo Guide Warning:
As a Farwest Show exhibitor, you should be aware that the OAN does not contract with any outside agency to produce a show directory or exhibitor guide.
Every year we hear reports from exhibitors about a data update request coming from a company called Expo-Guide. This is not affiliated with the Oregon Association of Nurseries or the Farwest Show. Exhibitors have also been contacted by a company with a product known as "Fairguide", which has made similar requests. Several Farwest exhibitors found the solicitations misleading and believed they were signing up for a free listing associated with the show, but later received a substantial bill for a Web-based business listing on the company's Web site.
The Farwest Show produces a show guide that includes a listing of all participating exhibitors and is published in the Farwest Show Edition of Digger magazine, included on our web site and distributed at the show. Our listing is included in your booth fee and does not require an additional investment. Please also note that any show-related information requests will bear the OAN logo.
