2013 Farwest Trade Show Exhibitor Checklist
Thank you for exhibiting in the 2013 Farwest Trade Show. The Oregon Association of Nurseries is excited to welcome you to the Oregon Convention Center in Portland. You will find the following materials necessary for a successful experience:

Increase your Industry Visibility. Order the 2013 Attendee List (available to 2012 and 2013 exhibitors only).

Register your employees for exhibitor badges, seminars, and nursery tours. Registration opens in May.
Rules & Regulations
Review the show Rules & Regulations.
♦ DWA Trade Show & Exposition Services: Order furniture and accessories, carpet, labor services or freight and material handling
♦ Oregon Convention Center: Order electricity, compressed air, water fill-up or drain, natural gas, telephone/internet, vacuuming or audio visual
♦ Action Registration: Order exhibitor badges, and lead retrieval system

Promote your Company
Your Farwest Trade Show experience starts before you even arrive. Promote your presence at the Farwest Trade Show and give customers a reason to come see you.
Final booth payment is due on April 30. Visa and MasterCard payments accepted online.
Purchase a parking pass under the I-5 Bridge to allow for easy in and out access during the show and a smooth move-out process (limited number available).
Exhibitor Listing for Digger: Farwest Edition
The Farwest Trade Show is known for its networking to translate into sales leads throughout the year, not just onsite. Therefore, it is really important that we tell people how to contact you long after the show is over. Your listing form is sent to you in with your Exhibitor Packet in May or you can download a blank version. Deadline is July 10.
Four badges per 10 x 10 with a maximum of 12 badges for companies with three or more booth spaces.
Additional exhibitor badges are available for $10 each. Only exhibitor badges allow you on the expo floor before and after show hours. Employees needing access to your booth during those times must have an Exhibitor Badge. Employees coming on-site to set-up your booth on Tuesday and Wednesday do not need a badge.
*Exhibitor badges are not mailed. Badges can be picked up at the show office starting August 20.
Certificates of Insurance
Certificates of Insurance are due August 3rd. It is recommendd that all exhibitors provide a valid Certificate of Insurance from their insurance company prior to move-in. [Certificate of Insurance instructions]
